$1100 per month and section 8 IS preferred. Section 8 tenants must have their moving packet in hand prior to viewing the property there isn't a credit score requirement for section 8 tenants.     

For cash tenants:

must have a 620 credit score or higher
must be with the same employer for the past 1 year
no bankruptcies within the past 1 year
must have reserves in the bank equal to firsts months rent
no evictions within the past 5 years
Income should be at least 3 times of the rent amount or more.
PLEASE do not inquire if you do not meet ALL of the criteria for Cash paying tenants!

Anyone who is inquiring about the property or whoever submits an application MUST fill out the Rental Verification and Employment Verification forms

Tenants must get and maintain renters insurance and DTE appliance protection program.

All utilities MUST be in the applicants name at the time of lease signing

Tenant must provide proof of renters insurance, utiliites in their name and DTE appliance protection program.

The home has security cameras and a house sitter please knock before entering after you submit your application and given schedule for viewing.
